By accessing or using The Dental Bridge website ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and advertisers.
The Dental Bridge is an online and print marketplace for Southern California dental professionals. The Service allows users to post and browse job listings, equipment sales, practice sales, and office space advertisements.
Advertisers may submit listings for a flat-rate fee. By submitting a listing, you represent that:
The Dental Bridge reserves the right to refuse, edit, or remove any listing at its sole discretion.
All fees are charged at the time of listing submission via Stripe. Listings are non-refundable once published. If you experience a technical issue preventing your listing from going live, contact us within 48 hours at hello@thedentalbridge.com and we will work to resolve it.
Digital listings are active for 30 days from the date of publication. Print listings appear in the next available magazine issue. The Dental Bridge does not guarantee specific publication dates for print listings.
You may not post listings that contain:
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The Dental Bridge does not verify the accuracy of listings, does not guarantee any outcome from advertising, and is not responsible for transactions between advertisers and respondents.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Dental Bridge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for your listing.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
