By accessing or using The Dental Bridge website ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and advertisers.
The Dental Bridge is an online and print marketplace for Southern California dental professionals. The Service allows users to post and browse job listings, equipment sales, practice sales, and office space advertisements.
Advertisers may submit listings for a flat-rate fee. By submitting a listing, you represent that:
The Dental Bridge reserves the right to refuse, edit, or remove any listing at its sole discretion.
All fees are charged at the time of listing submission via Stripe. Listings are non-refundable once published. If you experience a technical issue preventing your listing from going live, contact us within 48 hours at hello@thedentalbridge.com and we will work to resolve it.
Digital listings are active for 30 days from the date of publication. Print listings appear in the next available magazine issue. The Dental Bridge does not guarantee specific publication dates for print listings.
You may not post listings that contain:
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We review listings for compliance with our content policies (for example, prohibited content), but we do not verify the factual accuracy of any listing, do not guarantee any outcome, response, or result from advertising, and are not responsible for transactions, communications, or dealings between advertisers and respondents. Any circulation, reach, or audience figures we publish are estimates and projections, not guarantees of delivery.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Dental Bridge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for your listing.
You retain ownership of the content you submit (listing copy, images, and logos). By submitting content, you grant The Dental Bridge a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, and display that content on our digital platform and in our print magazine for the purpose of operating and promoting the Service. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to all content you submit, including any trademarks, logos, or images, and that its use does not infringe the rights of any third party.
The Dental Bridge name, logo, site design, and original content are our property and may not be copied or reused without permission. You may not scrape, copy, or republish listings, directories, or other content from the Service. If you believe material on the Service infringes your copyright, email hello@thedentalbridge.com with a description of the work, the location of the material, and your contact information, and we will review and remove infringing material where appropriate.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Dental Bridge and its owners, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your listings or content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or of any law or third-party right.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to their personal jurisdiction and venue.
Please read this section carefully. It affects your legal rights, including your right to file a lawsuit in court and to have disputes heard by a jury.
Agreement to arbitrate. Except for the claims described below, you and The Dental Bridge agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved by final and binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court. The arbitration will be held in California or, at your election, by telephone or video, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
Class-action and mass-arbitration waiver. You and The Dental Bridge agree to bring claims against each other only in an individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, consolidated, or representative proceeding. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims or preside over any form of class or representative proceeding. If 25 or more similar arbitration demands are submitted by or with the assistance of the same or coordinated counsel, the demands will be resolved in staged batches of no more than 50, with a small number of bellwether cases arbitrated first and the parties then attempting to resolve the remaining demands based on those outcomes.
Exceptions. Either party may (a) bring an individual claim in small-claims court if it qualifies, and (b) seek injunctive or other equitable relief in court to stop unauthorized use, infringement, or misuse of the Service, its content, or its directories (including scraping or republication).
30-day right to opt out. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement within 30 days of first accepting these Terms, either through our online opt-out form or by emailing hello@thedentalbridge.com with your name and account email. Opting out will not affect any other provision of these Terms.
Severability. If the class-action and mass-arbitration waiver above is found unenforceable as to any claim, then that claim (and only that claim) will be severed and brought in court, while all remaining claims proceed in arbitration. If the entire arbitration agreement is found unenforceable, any dispute will be resolved in the courts identified in Section 12.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
